For most styles, we recommend hand washing in cold water and air drying. Use a small amount of mild detergent and a soft brush for any spots or marks. Gently press out excess water, reshape the crown, and let it dry over something round to help it keep its shape.

Corduroy and Foam Trucker styles are spot clean only. And whatever you do, skip the dryer!

Our hats are one size fits most and come fully adjustable. Most styles feature a snapback closure, while the Dad Hat has a fabric strap with a brass buckle.

Depending on the style, hats adjust to approximately 22 to 24 inches, covering most adult head sizes. Check out our sizing guide for full measurements.

You can add up to 15 characters per line, including spaces.

Letters work on every layout. Numbers work on straight and arched layouts, but not upside down text.

That is production time. Transit time is additional. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Expedited orders: Changes can be made within 12 hours of placing your order.

Standard orders: Changes can be made within 36 hours.

Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days, as long as the hat is unworn and unwashed.

Exchanges are free. Store credit is issued for the full purchase amount. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a 14% custom item fee is deducted because each hat is embroidered specifically for your order.
