CODEWORD Exchange and Return Policy

30-DAYS FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you’re worried about picking the right size, worry no more—all purchases can be exchanged FOR FREE within 30 days.
Here’s how to exchange your item:
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form from our Returns Portal 30 days of your purchase date. CLICK HERE TO REQUEST
- The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags originally included with your product must be still be attached with your return. This does not apply to all products.
- Codeword will provide a return label to you through the RMA system; please include a note with the new size or any changes you would like to make. If you have any issues please contact customer service.
- Your package must be postmarked with 30 days of when the order was placed. Codeword will send you the new size/product once we receive your merchandise. If you want to fully return an item please read below.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Codeword and prefer to return your item(s), you may request a refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. The item must be unwashed and unworn to qualify.
All are products are custom printed or embroidered with American Jobs in our Nashville warehouse. Because these are one-of-a-kind custom items, there is a 14% Custom Item Return Fee for refunds to original payment method. However, you will have the option to receive store credit in the full amount paid.

To qualify for a refund, please follow the steps above under the exchange section.
Codeword, LLC shall not bear the cost of return shipping. Codeword, LLC will offer the consumer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
- A replacement item. Codeword, LLC shall bear the cost of shipping a replacement item to the Consumer.
- A refund for the original purchase price plus applicable taxes minus $4 return fee. Refunds can only be credited to Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal and only in US dollars.
- A refund for the original purchase price to store credit.

GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Codeword LLC determines that: (1) the charges requested are legitimate and reasonable; and (2) if the product is no longer available and therefore ineligible for exchange
If you return your product to Codeword, LLC (a) without an RMA request or (b) without all items included in the original package or (c) without the Codeword, LLC RMA shipping label; Codeword, LLC retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or refuse replacement or refund.
Refunds will be processed and paid within two (2) weeks of Codeword LLC receipt and verification of return product.
