How long does it take for Codeword to complete my order? 

On average we can complete your order in 3-5 business days from when you order it. We print/embroider everything as it is ordered to minimize waste. This can sometimes cause a delay if we have an influx of orders, or we are waiting on blank shirts to come in so we can create your shirt. 
Due to COVID some shipping is delayed because of our distributors having delays on their end. We are working to minimize this, but sometimes it does affect how long it takes for our order to get shipped.

Payment Declined
Check your billing address to make sure it matches your billing address on file with your credit card. Contact your bank or credit card company to confirm the billing address. Shipping and billing addresses can be different. 

Tracking Number
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number in your email.

Shipping Policy
All shipping is first class USPS mail and typically takes 2-3 business days.

International Shipping
We ship internationally via USPS and FedEx. Using freight companies is not an option. 

My package says shipped but the tracking status has not been updated?

We create a shipping label the day your package actually ships.  We do not create a label ahead of time.  This means, that if your tracking status hasn't updated,  USPS has just missed scanning it at some point.  It is still en route and will be scanned by the next location. 

 


Return & Exchange Policy
  • Item(s) must be returned in original packaging or at least a comparable box sufficient not to damage the item(s) during return shipping.
  • Product must be in unused condition
  • This Return & Exchange policy is good for 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Returns and exchanges typically take 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s)

Out of Stock Items 
Out of stock apparel will typically be restocked in 2-3 business days depending on how quickly our distributor gets their stock in.
** Please give some extra time on re-stocks since there are some supply chain issues that have slowed down re-stocking.
Custom Codes
  • If you don’t see the city/state/area/airport code you are looking for, you can create a custom code. 
  • Custom Code requests will be reviewed. If it is a questionable code we will reach out to you via email to clarify what code you are trying to purchase.
  • As part of our brand, we can only make U.S. area codes, city codes, state codes, and airport codes. 
  • If we can not make your code you can select a valid code or have your order refunded.
