After I ordered, a week went by without any chance in my shipping status. I messaged them to inquire about how long it would take to arrive, since I didn’t receive any estimate when I placed the order. They assured me this order would get to me by the date I needed, as I had told them I wanted to cancel otherwise because I needed it by a certain date. It in fact, did NOT come by the date they promised it would be here by. Very unimpressed with this company.
